This subclass loses out on some of the backend benefits that the other subclasses have, but it does so in exchange for more flexibility in Wild Shape builds. I made sure to throw in Primal Strike (taken verbatim from Moon Druids) to balance things out. Additionally, I made it so some of the more powerful attacks made it impossible for the druid to use its hands.
